On a phone or tablet? The desktop demo is made for a keyboard, mouse or gamepad: turn your device sideways and drag to steer and accelerate, or get the app, which steers by tilting your device.

Controls

Keys, pad or mouse: your choice

Whatever you press steers the bike, and it answers with real tyre grip and real brakes. Keys ease in smoothly, sticks and triggers are fully analogue, and the sensitivity settings work with all three.

Keyboard and gamepad work at all times; for the mouse, choose Settings › Controls › Steering method › Mouse. On AZERTY and other layouts the game shows the letters printed on your own keyboard. Gamepads: any controller your browser reports in the standard layout, such as Xbox, PlayStation and Switch Pro controllers; rumble works where your browser supports it (for example Chrome and Edge). There is no tilt steering on desktop.

Questions

Desktop edition FAQ

Is it the same game as on iPhone and Android?

Yes: the same twenty worlds and secret level, bike physics, power-ups, ranks, liveries and soundtracks. Only the controls differ (keys, gamepad or mouse instead of tilt), the online leaderboards are left out, and the desktop edition is a one-time purchase on itch.io instead of an in-app unlock.

Where is my progress saved?

In your browser, on your computer, and nowhere else. Clearing your browser's site data erases it, so use Settings › About › Back up progress now and then. Restore progress loads a backup, also from the demo into the full game.

Do I need an internet connection?

Only to download it. The full game is one file that plays offline in your browser; just open it again whenever you want to play.

Which controllers work?

Any controller your browser reports in the standard layout: Xbox, PlayStation and Switch Pro controllers and most others. Press a button once after plugging it in. The left stick or D-pad steers, the right trigger accelerates and the left trigger brakes. Rumble is available in Chrome and Edge.

The game looks small, blurry or slow

Press F for full screen. In Settings › Graphics choose a fixed quality level or lower the frame rate; Automatic adapts to your graphics card while you play. Make sure your browser's hardware acceleration is turned on. The game is played in a wide, landscape window: if the window is too narrow it asks you to widen it.

Refunds and receipts

itch.io processes the payment and keeps your download link and receipt in your itch.io library. For any problem with the game itself, contact us.
